While there’s no clear-cut answer to the question of when would be a good time for an outdoor photoshoot, we always recommend 4 pm-6 pm and 8:00 am-10 am. For that matter, the exact timing will depend on what plan you sign up for and how long it is (for example, if your shoot lasts 90 minutes, we will recommend booking 4:30 pm - 6 pm.)

We usually meet our customers at their hotel/ the villa. Once we get started, the photoshoot will likely occur within beautiful surroundings and on private beaches. But if there aren't any accessible beaches close by, don't worry - our team can suggest some of our favourite locations for photographing.

Our contingency plan for rain includes a one-time free rescheduling policy. We have a team of three experienced photographers and ensure that all three are never booked at the same time. This allows us to accommodate any last-minute changes should a client need to reschedule. You can reschedule without any charges up to 3 hours before your scheduled photoshoot. However, if it's less than 3 hours prior, we unfortunately cannot honor the rescheduling, and the photoshoot will have to commence as initially scheduled.

As our business is expanding, we have three photographers in the team now. They are all equally great and assigned to fit in the right job.

After receiving your gallery link, if you’d like to buy more photos beyond your purchased package, you can easily do so through your online gallery. We understand that committing to a large package upfront can be daunting, which is why we offer flexible options to suit your needs. Each high-resolution, light & tone edited photo is available for $20 USD, or you can select 10 photos for $150 USD. For the best value, you can opt for a batch of 30+ photos at just $200 USD—our top price, with no limit on the number of photos you can select.

This flexibility allows you to start with a smaller investment and expand your collection once you’ve seen the final images, ensuring that every cherished memory is captured with the quality and detail you desire.

Our casual package doesn't include retouching your face, or slimming you down. We believe that your vacation photos should capture the real you.

Just like every album you view—family & couple are non-retouched.

However, if something is extremely obtrusive to the image (such as a stranger in the frame or garbage), I will make some simple corrections only if necessary.

With additional charges, we accept photography requests not too far from Phuket mainland, such as Khaolak, Phangnga, Koh Yao Yai, and Koh Yao Noi. You will find the price above (after selecting your package).

Our policy is that although we can't offer a cancellation or refund if you've changed your itinerary plan and can no longer make it in for an appointment with us, you can

2. SAVE FOR LATER: In the uncertainty of a crisis (a pandemic, for example), The Company allows clients who have cancelled their trip to transfer appointments from themselves onto friends or family members to the new dates, up to 2 years from the initial appointment.
